Products offered for sale are wines and other estate products made by SCEA CLOS REAL. Descriptions and prices are listed on product pages. Ordering wine is restricted to adults aged 18 and over.

All prices are in euros including VAT. SCEA CLOS REAL reserves the right to change prices at any time; products are billed at the price in effect when the order is confirmed.

An order is confirmed once payment is processed. A confirmation email is sent to the address provided. SCEA CLOS REAL reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of a stock shortage or pricing error.

Payment is made online by credit card via the Stripe secure platform. Payment data does not pass through our servers. All transactions are encrypted (TLS/SSL).

Orders are shipped via UPS from our estate in Provence. Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days within metropolitan France. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. We do not ship outside the European Union.

Under Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without giving any reason. Products must be returned in perfect condition in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

For any complaint, contact us at contact@closreal.fr. If the dispute cannot be resolved, you may refer it to a consumer mediator.

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of Toulon shall have jurisdiction.
