Contact form: first name, last name, email address and message.
Orders: first name, last name, postal address, email, phone number and payment data processed by Square. We do not store card details.
Delivery: name, delivery address, email and phone number shared with UPS for delivery and tracking.
Technical monitoring: page and route URLs, performance timings, browser and device characteristics, error reports and stack traces processed by Sentry. Session replay and default PII collection are disabled.
Address entry assistance: when you use French address suggestions, the text entered in the street field is sent to the IGN Géoplateforme geocoding service. IGN also receives your IP address and the technical information required for the request. Your name, email and phone number are not added to this request. You can enter your address manually.

Order processing: contract performance (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
Contact enquiries: legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
Error and performance monitoring: legitimate interest in securing the site, diagnosing failures and maintaining service quality (Art. 6.1.f GDPR). We do not use this data for advertising or audience profiling.

Order data: 10 years (legal accounting requirement).
Contact data: 3 years from the last interaction.
Sentry technical events: no more than 90 days.
